AIGA Houston board wants YOU!

We as a board are on a movement to engage our AIGA member base and the non-design community. We need your suggestions and help to maximize AIGA Houston initiatives; that our voice be heard that AIGA is a vital part of design everywhere.

This is the opportunity for the member base to be heard on what YOU want from your dedicated 2010-2011 board and have a hand in helping structure our programming for the year to come. Come with friends, come with suggestions, come with an open mind.

When: June 24th
Time: 7 - 9 p.m. (presentation will start promptly at 7:30)

What you CAN expect:

• Engaging experience that will be contagious and set the tone for the new year
• Suggestion box : we want to hear your suggestions on speakers and topics that YOU want to hear/learn about.
• Feedback box: give feedback on your overall experience as a member or why you aren't a member. 
• Presentation from the board
• Q&A session with the board
• Board members ready to answer questions
• Sign up sheets for committees and volunteer positions
• First round of drinks for members*
• Door prizes*
• * Must present your AIGA membership card

Volunteers Needed for Event:
2 : registration/sign in table
time: 6 - 9 p.m.
1 : AV help {make sure the screen/projector is setup working}
time: 6 - 9 p.m.
2 : event photographers
time: 7 - 9 p.m.
